Our one-day course is ideal as part of an organisations Leadership / Management development training or to provide employees with an in-depth understanding of Wellness Coaching in the Workplace.

 

The content for our one day course includes:

  • Working with the Neuro-Reframe Technique to develop wellness goals.

  • Our internal (self) and external (others) frame of reference.

  • The concept of self-awareness, self-image and ideal-self.

  • Take-away tools and techniques for self-directed coaching in your everyday life.

  • An introduction to facilitating a wellness coaching session with others.

  • Practical sessions working on real workplace issues.

  • Overview of the IICT certified Wellness Coach Course.

  • Copy of slides for attendees.

Participant Criteria: Our one-day course is specifically designed for a broad audience, requiring no previous experience. They are particularly well suited for:

Managers & Team Leaders: Who are often challenged when juggling performance and staff issues and would benefit from having a range of tools to better support team well-being, morale and mental health. As a manager they learn self-regulation, how to stay calm under pressure, understand their team’s stress signals, and shift from reactive to responsive leadership.

HR Professionals & Well-Being Leads: Those already responsible for employee wellness and engagement who can use evidence-based frameworks and tools in real conversations. They will gain coaching-based language, listening skills, and mental health literacy to use across teams.
